Rental Agreement

  • For BEST results choose an area with MAXIMUM wind shelter for the tents.

  • If using Venmo for deposit add 3% and then if you cancel, you will be billed 3% of deposit.  

  • Absolutely nothing taped to tents, poles, or sides.

  • Any tape put on tables to hold down coverings must be removed prior to tear down.

These are the terms to rent our equipment.

KEEP FIRES & SPARKS A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OUR TENTS

Cooking under our tents is strictly prohibited. The tents are susceptible to damage from heat and smoke. Customers are soley responsible for any damage from cooking equipment, fireworks, explosives, fire pits, bonfires, or other fire sources.

  1. We DO NOT set up over driveways, dirt or concrete ( see #11 )

  2. NEVER place anything hot such as a Crock-Pot directly on our tables W / O a HEAT barrier. This will result in tables melting and replacement cost being charged,

  3. Balance due & a COMPLETED ONLINE contract must be given PRIOR to us unloading equipment

  4. Both parties will count and verify the condition of the equipment and document any shortages or quality issues PRIOR to us leaving.

  5. All equipment will be returned to the same location where we left it and in the same condition as we left it. This means that if we deliver to the backyard then all equipment will be picked up in the backyard NOT in multiple areas,

  6. Any missing or damaged equipment will be charged at the current REPLACEMENT COST.

  7. We ONLY accept cash / check / Venmo + 3% ( service fee ) to book events. 

  8. NO tape etc will be stuck to any rented item unless it is being attached to a table cover. All tape and decorations must be removed from our equipment PRIOR to us picking it up

  9. A ( 2 hour window ) time for delivery and pick up will be agreed upon 5 days prior to the event due to most equipment is needed for the next day set up. Weather conditions would be a factor in this. If cancelled due to weather, we can reschedule or a refund can be given.

  10. We DO NOT set up in thunderstorms or high winds OR any situation that may cause harm or damage to our staff or equipment. Not held accountable for a missed set-up due to weather.

  11. We DO NOT set up in dirt or any situation that may cause our equipment to become unreasonably dirty. We CAN set up over a concrete pad as long as the pad allows the tent to be anchored into the ground on all four sides. Contact us with any questions on your location in advance.

  12. Prior to us arriving we ask that four steaks be put in the ground where the tent will go. This way there is no confusion of location and we can complete the set-up as quickly as possible.

  13. We ask that ANY cancellation be made prior to ( 1 week ) of your event so we have the opportunity to re-rent the equipment, if canceled within 2 weeks the deposit will be refunded.

  14. We ONLY set up at the address specified on the original order unless otherwise agreed upon.

  15. PLEASE try to avoid mowing the grass the evening prior and the day OF the event to avoid grass sticking to the inside of the tent due to dew.

  16. PLEASE treat our equipment as your own, The less we need to replace due to damage the better we can control our prices, 

  17. You MUST notify us PRIOR to placing the first tent stake about the locations of ANY underground lines, pipes, sprinklers etc. WE are NOT responsible for any damage to underground lines etc once you approve the location. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS you can contact Miss Dig ( 800-482-7171 ) to come out and check for any underground cables or wires FREE of charge. you just need to call in advance.

  18. We ARE NOT responsible for any damage or injuries caused by our equipment due to the weather. For Example tornadoes, high winds or severe thunderstorms or equipment being used other than what it was designed for.

  19. We do not install the sides however we do show you how to do this.

  20. Set up and tear down is FREE within 75 ft of trailer and notify us of unreasonable distance to carry or obstacles that must be walked around,  PLEASE notify us in advance of this. PLEASE ensure we can pull as close as possible to the set-up area.

  21. We need to know approximately how far the equipment will be carried and any obstacles, steps, we must work around from where the trailer can be parked to the location of the event.

  22. Choose a tent location that is AWAY from any bonfire due to sparks burning through the tent

  23. FREE SET UP & TEAR DOWN ONLY APPLIES WITHIN 75 FT OF OUR TAILGATE

Equipment Failure

You agree to immediately discontinue the use of rented items should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair, and will immediately notify Most Party Rentals of the facts. Most Party Rentals agrees at our discretion to make the items operable in a reasonable time, or provide a like item if available, or adjust rental charges. In all events Most Party Rentals shall not be responsible for injury or damage resulting in failure or defect of rented items.

Use of equipment

Renter agrees that the rented items will only be used at the address listed on contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured for, Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.

Equipment Responsibility

Renter is responsible for equipment from time of possession to time of return. Renter assumes the entire risk of loss regardless of cause. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter will assume the cost of replacement or repair at current market costs, including labor costs. 

 

Payment

Renter shall pay the 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 10 days of contract and the full remaining balance PRIOR to set-up. Will be refunded if canceled within 14 days of the event date.  The deposit can be made with cash, check, or credit / debit card.

Care of Equipment

Protect the rented items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized or improper use, theft or loss while in possession of the renter. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at current market cost to the renter.

Insurance

Renter shall maintain at the renter's expense, liability, property and casualty insurance coverage in an amount sufficient to protect Most Party Rentals and its equipment against any and all claims, loss, or damage. In the event of loss or damage, you shall exercise and empower us to exercise all rights to obtain recovery under insurance and shall cooperate with Most Party Rentals to obtain recovery.

Site Preparation

Renter agrees to have the site cleaned and ready for delivery and installation for set up of all equipment and also agrees to pay any additional charges for any delay incurred along with any labor charges resulting in renters' failure to do so. We ask that you DO NOT mow the yard the day of.

 

Subsurface Conditions

Renter agrees to obtain any location of underground utilities before delivery of rented items. Renter also agrees to reimburse Most Party Rentals for any additional costs incurred as a result of undisclosed or subsurface conditions. Most Party Rentals is NOT responsible for any damage to underground sprinkler systems, cables or wires etc during tent installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Most Party Rentals with a sprinkler line layout if applicable, to decrease the risk of damage to a sprinkler line. However, even with a line layout there are no guarantees.

 

Hold Harmless Agreement

Renter agrees all risk, and agrees to hold Most Party Rentals and any of its staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage and all costs and expenses arising directly and indirectly at or relating to; The delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use of rented equipment. Contact of underground utilities, pipes, or any condition on renters property. All necessary surface repairs, any injury or damage during the use of rented equipment. 

Returned Checks

There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks for any reason.
